Pilot agreement
ConstructCue founding-pilot terms
These terms describe the one-time $49 business pilot. They do not enroll you in a subscription.
1. Operator and business use
ConstructCue is operated by Connor Buntin, a sole proprietor doing business as ConstructCue. The pilot is offered for business evaluation and responsible business-to-business prospecting. By purchasing for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.
2. The $49 pilot
The founding pilot is one payment of $49 USD for 14 consecutive days of access beginning when ConstructCue processes Stripe's signed payment confirmation. The expected product is four source-linked email digests on the Monday/Thursday schedule during that access window.
There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. A future $129-per-month plan can begin only after a separate, affirmative opt-in. ConstructCue does not treat silence, continued use, or the pilot purchase as consent to that future plan.
3. Current paid coverage
Paid pilot deliverables are currently limited to source-linked Louisville Metro Government / LOJIC commercial permit records for Jefferson County, Kentucky. Southern Indiana records may appear in clearly labeled validation material, but are excluded from paid customer delivery unless ConstructCue separately clears the source for that use.
4. What the signals mean
ConstructCue ranks public project records using deterministic rules. A signal is not an exclusive lead, verified buyer intent, a request for contact, a guarantee of work, or proof that a listed party has a particular purchasing role. Source records can be delayed, incomplete, amended, canceled, or inaccurate. Confirm material facts at the linked official source before acting.
Scores, likely-fit labels, status labels, and ranking explanations are ConstructCue's derived analysis, not statements by the government source. Project-party names and roles are presented according to the source field and the confidence label shown.
5. Responsible use
You may use the pilot internally to evaluate projects and plan lawful outreach. You remain responsible for your communications, contact research, licensing, bidding, privacy obligations, and compliance with applicable outreach rules. Do not misrepresent a public record as a request for contact or use ConstructCue to harass, deceive, or unlawfully target anyone.
6. Delivery, unsubscribe, and availability
Digests are sent to the purchase email. Unsubscribing stops remaining pilot emails and places that address on a suppression list; it does not itself request a refund. ConstructCue may pause a delivery when a source, rights review, security control, or data-quality check fails. Contact support if an expected message does not arrive.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund from payment through the end of the 14-day access window. See the refund policy for the request process. A full refund ends remaining access and delivery.
8. Questions and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent to signals@constructcue.com. If ConstructCue changes the terms for a future purchase, the checkout record will identify the policy version accepted for that purchase. A change does not create a subscription or authorize a new charge.
